One of the advantages of subscribing to a web hosting service is the issue of getting free domain names. Yes, most web hosts also offer their clients the opportunity o getting free domain names attached to their package plans. Some may offer a single free domain name while others may offer multiple free domain names.

I do have that opportunity too with my web host. They are already offering me the opportunity of getting a free domain name as a complimentary service and I'm at ease to take advantage of that offer and set up a website without having to pay anything extra for hosting it.

If you don't already have a domain name and want to get a website or web hosting service, simply pay for the hosting service and register a domain name too for free. Look for a web host that offers a domain name as a complimentary free service and you would already have a website setup.

Domain names are an important part of a website as they give a unique name to your site which makes it respectable and good for incoming links. People would be able to simply go to your website by typing in your domain name which they already know.

Domain names cost about $10(NGN1500) a year and if you get it for free with your web hosting plan, you should also take advantage of that plan.
